The problem

Dental front desks are structurally overloaded.

A dental front desk is asked to do three jobs at once: look after the patient standing in front of them, process the one who just finished, and answer a phone that does not care about either. Something has to give, and it is almost always the phone.

The cost is invisible but real. A new patient calling for the first time is comparing two or three practices. If you do not pick up, they do not leave a message. They call the next one.

An AI voice agent removes the trade-off. It takes the overflow, the after-hours calls and the routine rebookings, and leaves your team free to look after the people actually in the building.

Trained on how a practice actually runs.

New Patient Booking

Answers the first-time caller, explains what a first visit involves, checks live availability, and books them in before they call anyone else.

Emergency Triage

Screens for urgency against rules your clinicians approve, then routes to on-call, an emergency slot, or urgent care. Never gives clinical advice.

Reschedule & Cancel

Handles the calls that eat your morning. Moves appointments, frees the slot, and offers it to patients on your short-notice list.

No-Show Recovery

Confirms appointments ahead of time and calls back the patients who missed, turning a lost slot into a rebooking rather than a write-off.

Recall & Recare

Works through your recall list, calls patients who are overdue for a check-up or hygiene visit, and books them straight into the diary.

Insurance & Fees FAQ

Answers the questions your team repeats twenty times a day (plans accepted, consultation fees, what to bring), accurately and consistently.

Questions we get a lot.

Can it handle dental emergencies properly?

Yes, and this is one of the first things we design. The agent screens for urgency using questions you approve (trauma, swelling, uncontrolled bleeding, severe pain), follows your escalation rule: route straight to the on-call clinician, offer the emergency slot you keep open, or direct the patient to urgent care. It never attempts clinical advice.

Will it work with our practice management software?

We integrate with the major dental systems and anything that exposes an API or supports Zapier, including Dentrix, Open Dental, Curve, Cloud9 and most cloud PMS platforms. Where a direct write is not possible, the agent books into a synced calendar and posts a structured summary for your front desk to confirm.

Can it reduce no-shows?

That is usually the fastest measurable win. The agent calls to confirm appointments a day or two ahead, offers an easy reschedule instead of a silent no-show, and rings patients who did miss to rebook them. Empty chairs get refilled from your short-notice list automatically.

How does it handle insurance questions?

It answers exactly what you tell it to answer: which plans you accept, whether you are in-network, what a consultation costs, and what a patient should bring. For anything requiring a benefits check or a specific coverage judgement, it takes the details and hands off to your team rather than guessing.

Is patient information handled safely?

We build with data protection in mind, encrypted transport and storage, configurable retention, and access controls. For US practices with HIPAA obligations, we will scope the specific configuration and any Business Associate Agreement requirements with you during discovery before anything goes live.

How much does it cost for a single-site practice?

There is a one-off build fee and a monthly running cost that scales with call volume. For a typical single-location clinic it lands well below the cost of a part-time front desk hire. You get a fixed quote after a short discovery call: no per-hour billing.

Fill the chair, not the voicemail box.

We will build a demo agent trained on your practice (your hours, your treatments, your booking rules), you can call it and judge for yourself.
